Private Client Solicitor A well-established Leicester firm are looking to welcome a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in the Leicester area. This role would suit a Solicitor with previous experience in a wide range of private client work looking for the next step in their career. This firm handles a wide range of exceptionally high-quality work. STEP qualification desirable but NOT essential The role This is a fantastic Opportunity to join the practice in a high-level role that for the right candidate will allow you to develop and supervising less qualified team members. You will be handling a busy top quality case load with the opportunity to contribute to business development activities. The team's has a wide client base and exceptional client relationships.The ideal candidate In order to be considered for this position, you should be a qualified solicitor You will be hard working and reliable with strong team working skills You should have strong client management skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients from varied backgrounds Working under pressure, you must have strong organisational skills and be able to prioritise to a high level The firm is keen to find someone looking for a step up, and you will need a natural ability to spot opportunities for developing new and existing client relationships and consequently, fee production. You should have a strong commercial approach and technical excellence. Our client is looking for someone who is at least 4 years PQE right through to Partner level.
