Senior Employment Solicitor Magic Circle Firm Exciting opportunity to join a Magic Circle firm's employment team. The firm prides themselves on their prominently ranked employment team that work on a range of contentious, general advisory and transactional employment matters including: Advising on complex and sensitive issues involving terminations, discrimination, whistle-blowing, and restrictive covenants. Managing large-scale redundancies and restructurings, and complex sensitive trade union relations and industrial action. Advising senior executives of listed and privately-held companies on sensitive employment issues, as well as the latest corporate governance and executive remuneration requirements. Advising cross-jurisdictional clients on complex international employment cases. Employment aspects of all commercial transactions including acquisitions, disposals and service provision changes, flotations, takeovers and insolvent restructurings. The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years post qualification experience at a well-ranked employment team Strong academic background, excellent communication, and organisational skills Demonstrated ability to provide effective, prompt, and efficient service to clients.
