Top-Tier City Firm Property Litigation Senior Associate 5-7PQE London This leading London law firm are renowned for their top-tier legal services, particularly within the real estate and private wealth sectors. With a team of 300+ highly skilled professionals, they are able to advise on a plethora of issues that their clients around the world may face. The Property Litigation team consists of sixteen legal professionals specialising in commercial, residential, and mixed-used property schemes and development conflicts, addressing landlord-tenant issues such as rent arrears, lease renewals, dilapidations claims, and service charge disputes. Matters also include rent reviews, insolvency cases, real estate disputes, and professional negligence claims. Their diverse clientele includes developers, investors, tenants, estates, charities, and high-net-worth individuals. The property litigation team are highly experienced in acting on many complex market-leading matters before the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. On the commercial side their clients range from developers to institutional investors and funds, major office and retail tenants, private estates, charities, and high net worth individuals. On the residential side the team has significant experience in the Central London marketplace, advising landlords of large mixed-use and also residential investors and tenants of high value blocks in London and the suburbs. Their clients include both landlords and tenants covering all aspects of residential estate management, boundary and party wall disputes and also on enfranchisement and right to manage claims. The team are seeking to hire a solicitor to join their renowned and top ranked Property Litigation team. You will ideally have 5-7 years PQE from another Tier 1 or Tier 2 firm in London.
