What You'll Be Doing
As a self-motivated Legal Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting the team with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service to valued clients. You'll enjoy a varied workload that will include:
The successful candidate will handle a diverse workload and deliver high-quality service to legal professionals and clients.
Conducting audio typing using a digital dictation system.
Utilising a case management system for document production.
Managing phone calls and direct client communication.
Collaborating with a team of legal professionals, assistants, and secretaries to enhance client service.Comprehensive training and mentor-ship are available, offering an opportunity for career growth in the legal field. Strong interpersonal skills, precision, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to demonstrate a client-centric, adaptable, and collaborative approach is highly valued.
The experience you will have a Legal Secretary
We are only considering candidates with previous experience as a Legal Secretary or have previously working in the Litigation team. You will thrive if you are motivated to manage your workload independently, excel under tight deadlines, produce work of exceptional quality, and work with minimal supervision.
