Commercial Solicitor Starting from £55,000 Cardiff/Hybrid Yolk is currently working with one of the UK's leading full-service law firms to recruit into their dynamic Commercial team. Based in the heart of Cardiff, this team has advised on some of the largest projects in the UK, providing clients with practical and straightforward legal advice whatever their regional, national, and international requirements. This is what you'll be doing As a Commercial Solicitor with broad-ranging experience, you will have the opportunity to work with an enviable client base ranging from major procurers and funders of projects to established technology-rich businesses and innovative start-ups, combined with a strong dedication to the financial services and business sectors. This team acts across a broad range of sectors, including central and devolved government, local authority, healthcare, technology, and education, providing a balanced blend of public and private sector work. You will be responsible for advising on a range of commercial contracts, public procurement, due diligence, and client support in conjunction with more senior fee earners, handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision, and supporting other teams with due diligence and ancillary related commercial arrangements.
