RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - HYBRID OR FULLY REMOTE

Hybrid or Fully Remote dependent on experience Salary up to circa £38k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits We are working with a highly successful, Lexcel and CQS accredited multi-office law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to work as part of their highly successful National Residential Conveyancing team, based on either a hybrid or fully remote basis, depending on level of experience. The successful candidate must be based within a commutable distance from the firm's office in Brierley Hill as there will be regular meetings held there along with training on occasion. The role will involve: * Conducting and managing cases from instruction through to post-completion * Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers * Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties (houses, flats, maisonettes), help to buy, buy to let, shared ownership * Responding to clients and third-parties on technical legal enquiries * Providing an excellent service to clients and introducers, maintaining regular and proactive contact throughout the process * Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors Suitable candidates will have: * A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a wide-ranging caseload of residential conveyancing files * Knowledge of the full conveyancing process from start to finish * Experience of using a case management system * Experience of using the land registry portal * A desire to progress your career in conveyancing This is a full-time permanent job, offered with a range of benefits including: * Competitive salaries with annual review * Annual bonus * Remote Working * 27 days' annual leave plus bank holiday * Long service awards * Company pension scheme * Group Life Insurance (3 x annual salary) * Enhanced Company Sick Pay * Comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme * Employee rewards and benefits platform * Health Cash Plan * Financial Health and Wellbeing Provision * Annual employee credit for legal fees * Salary Sacrifice scheme * Established company progression framework * Career progression plans (including financial / mentoring support towards professional qualifications where desired) * Social events programme with larger event invitations extended to partners and families * Company gifts for celebrations and special life events * Commitment to charitable initiatives Note: Salary stated is given as a guideline, in line with market rate and will be commensurate with experience.
