We are working with a highly successful, Lexcel and CQS accredited multi-office law firm, who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to work as part of their highly successful National Residential Conveyancing team, based on either a hybrid or fully remote basis, depending on level of experience.
The successful candidate must be based within a commutable distance from the firm's office in Brierley Hill as there will be regular meetings held there along with training on occasion.
The role will involve:
* Conducting and managing cases from instruction through to post-completion
* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships with a wide range of clients and introducers
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties (houses, flats, maisonettes), help to buy, buy to let, shared ownership
* Responding to clients and third-parties on technical legal enquiries
* Providing an excellent service to clients and introducers, maintaining regular and proactive contact throughout the process
* Being actively involved in the development of the department, including the training and supervising of Administrators, Paralegals and Trainee Solicitors
Suitable candidates will have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience managing a wide-ranging caseload of residential conveyancing files
* Knowledge of the full conveyancing process from start to finish
* Experience of using a case management system
* Experience of using the land registry portal
* A desire to progress your career in conveyancing
