PROBATE SOLICITOR

Probate Solicitor A well-established innovative estate planning legal firm have a fully remote role. Are you a Probate Solicitor? This role would suit an innovative and customer focused Probate Solicitor looking for the next step in their career. This Leicester-based firm is proactive and growing! The successful candidate will be instrumental to the future development of the department and manage their own caseload. Excellent benefits package, fully remote if desired. Roles considered for 2 years plus pqe, salary dependant on experience but highly competitive. Progressive, open culture and positive working environment. Review and approve estate accounts. Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation. Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure. Manage an independent case load. To work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentorship of paralegals. Corresponding with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case. Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly.The ideal candidate Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions. Minimum of 2+ years of running a probate caseload. Utilise and maintain case management system. Ability to be confident working independently and efficiently as you will be dealing with high value and quite complex cases. Confident drafting legal documents, statements and decision making.
