We are working in partnership with one of the region's leading Lexcel accredited, award-winning law firms, employing around 400 staff over several midlands locations.

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy team in Stourbridge.
The role will involve:
* Dealing with a range of property disputes to include pre-action and the service of notices, court proceedings and ADR
* Managing own caseload across high-value and complex litigation matters
* Advising individuals and business clients on a full range of property litigation matters including
* Residential landlord and tenant disputes and repossessions
* Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
* Providing guidance and litigating on alienation disputes, break notices, dilapidations, possession claims, rent arrears recovery and forfeiture and 146 notices.
* Carrying out business development activities to build connections locally with other professionals including property agents.
Suitable candidates will have:
* Fully qualified status with 2 years'+ PQE
* Previous experience of running a property litigation/landlord and tenant caseload
* Experience in making and defending interim applications and conducting own advocacy.
* A passion for providing outstanding care to clients and referrers
* Strong interpersonal skills, with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy
This is a full-time permanent job, working 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is predominantly office-based, with homeworking available one day per week.
