PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

Coventry Salary circa £40,000 - £55,000+ dependent on experience + bonus + excellent benefits We are working with an award-winning, Lexcel accredited multi-office law firm, who are looking to recruit a fully qualified Trusts and Estates Lawyer with 2 years’ + PQE to work from their office in Coventry with flexible/hybrid working available. The role will involve: Managing and assisting on a varied caseload including: Drafting and preparation of standard and complex wills, including those utilising trusts to assist more complex family situations IHT/CGT Planning Preparation of Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs and LPAs Court of Protection applications Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates Deeds of variation Establishing, administering and terminating trusts and settlements Drafting, reviewing, amending and issuing legal documentsSuitable Candidates will have: Knowledge and experience in inheritance tax and trust and estates taxation, as well as establishing, administrating and terminating trusts and settlements Qualified Solicitor or FCILEx status with 2+ years' PQE Experience of estate administration including high value estates and taxable estates Experience of inheritance tax and estate taxation mattersThis is a full time permanent job, based in Coventry, offered with a range of benefits including: Annual tax free bonus 27 days holiday + UK Bank Holidays Established Company progression framework Individual career progression plans (including support towards professional qualifications where desired) Fantastic company pension scheme Life Insurance Staff credit for legal fees Social events programme  Strong commitment to charitable initiatives Note: A competitive salary is offered, commensurate with experience.
