Job Format: Fully Remote.
Salary: GBP 50,000 - 55,000 gross p.a. (depending on experience)
PQE: Minimum 5 PQE
Our client is the largest network of lawyers and business leaders using commercial contracts to deliver rapid decarbonisation globally. As a successful candidate in this role, you will:
* be responsible for developing, maintaining, adapting and publishing legal content, ensuring it responds to changing circumstances (including legislative change, changes in market conditions, and emerging trends in transactional and business practice);
* ensure that legal content is high calibre, technically accurate, commercially pragmatic and user-centred;
* work across a global network to collaboratively co-create, maintain and adapt legal content;
* take a strategic approach to developing, maintaining and adapting legal content -
* prioritising climate contracting principles that deliver the greatest impact; and
* be responsible for legal content publishing processes to ensure they are efficient,
* agile and user-led.
We are seeking an individual with at least 5 PQE experience either as a practising solicitor, barrister or in-house counsel. You should be someone with extensive experience of writing, negotiating and giving legal advice on contracts in a range of transactional settings, and have strong networking, stakeholder relationship development and building skills. Additionally, you should:
* be a strategic thinker and legal content strategy developer;
* be able to implement and deliver the legal content strategy;
* be well-versed in the production and publishing of legal content, and
* have leadership, project management and prioritisation skills.
