Conveyancing Paralegal - Gateshead
Adecco Legal recruitment are delighted to be working with a client in Gateshead who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team.

Experience:
The client is looking for Paralegals who have experience of working as a Conveyancing Paralegal.
Responsibilities:
Support senior Fee earner with their existing Sales/Purchase residential caseload.
Dealing with instructions including freehold and leasehold Conveyancing Matters.
Regularly updating clients on the progress of their transactions via email and telephone.
Supporting Solicitors with the drafting and exchange of contracts.
Utilising SDLT portal.
Prioritising case files which require urgent attention.
