Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Our Client is a distinctive London-based law firm supplying advisory and representation services to private clients, corporate bodies, and sovereign states across diverse areas of International and UK Domestic Law.
With close ties to the MENA region and Central Asia, they need a Senior Solicitor with at least 5 -7 years’ post qualification experience to join our Arbitration and Disputes Resolution Team .
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Disputes Resolution Lawyer to join a very different, forward-thinking organisation which does not follow the traditional, partner led structure. Given the prominence of English law in the global litigation market, our Arbitration and Disputes Resolution Team plays a key strategic role in the firm's presence in London and its offering to international clients.
This recruitment will enable the firm to capitalise on available opportunities and support the ongoing expansion of the firm's client base. This is a hugely exciting role, and the firm can offer a work culture and attitude to flexibility that is particularly appealing.
The successful candidate will need:
* Well-developed understanding of litigation, arbitration, and ADR procedures, with the ability to translate legal theory into practical commercial advice.
* Excellent communication skills, and the ability to negotiate favourable outcomes for clients.
* A collegiate and collaborative approach, supporting the development of the practice, and the firm’s culture and values.
* A genuine commitment to develop the professional and legal skills and the profile of the team.
* Ideally their own following and/or demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills which must be shown.
* The ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* A driven, energetic, and ambitious individual who can work independently, demonstrates leadership qualities and who will take responsibility for developing relationships with clients.
* The ability to advise on and deliver commercial solutions to complex disputes.
* Strong analytical skills and diligence.
