IN-HOUSE LAWYER - RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT

Key Responsibilities: In the role you will play a pivotal role in our client's legal team, supporting residential development projects ranging up to 2,000 residential units. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting property due diligence and reporting on title. Providing expert advice on conditional contracts and option agreements. Overseeing affordable housing sales. Managing section 106 agreements. Negotiating infrastructure agreements.Qualifications and Experience: Be a full qualified UK Solicitor or Legal Executive. Have a minimum of 3 years PQE.
