Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for an award nominated Birmingham based law firm who are seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join their Shirley office.
Please note this role is fully office based in Shirley and is not a hybrid or WFH role
Duties and tasks will include:
You will be responsible for assisting the busy Property department with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining communication with the clients and mortgage brokers,
attending networking events,
preparing initial documents involved in the conveyancing process,
monitoring deadlines and updating the calendar,
submitting cases to the Land Registry.
You will also be answering calls, email and postal correspondence
This will be a fast paced and varied role where you will spend your time on the telephone updating the clients, brokers and estate agents.
You will learn the conveyancing process from A to Z.Candidates wilcome to apply for the role will have the following:

You will have gained experience within a similar setting supporting fee earners within a busy Residential Property TeamHours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
