Dispute Resolution Solicitor (3-5 years PQE) Location: Glasgow, Scotland (Hybrid) Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Benefits Full - Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (35 hours) The Client: Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm, places a strong emphasis on enhancing the Employee Experience, consistently exploring avenues to create an engaging and development-oriented atmosphere for their ambitious legal experts. The Role: They are looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team. Your role involves collaborating with a team of professionals, including Solicitor Advocate and one of the firm's Partners, while also taking an active role in driving business development initiatives. Responsibilities: Representation of clients in resolving contentious matters, including court appearances in Sheriff Courts and the Court of Session. To offer representation in tribunals, arbitration, and mediation proceedings. Collecting statements, participating in consultations, composing legal pleadings, guiding expert witnesses, and readying cases for hearings or debates. Assisting partners in advancing business opportunities. Collaborative work with team members, experts, and counsel. Requirements: Previously worked as a Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Lawyer, Dispute Resolution Solicitor or in a similar role. Possess Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) of at least 3 - 5 years. Strong technical expertise. Understanding of relevant legal procedures, regulations, and provision of extensive legal guidance. Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
