Our client has an opportunity for a strong all-round secretary/administrator to join their team - based in Leicester.
This is a part-time opportunity. Working hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 9am-5pm.
The role would be providing support to a professional employment law team including:
* Billing administration – Creating invoices, getting appropriate sign-offs and sending to clients
* Expenses administration
* Booking meetings
* Organising rooms, refreshments etc for meetings
* General typing
* Booking training courses
* Creating bundles
* Dealing with emails etc
* Other ad-hoc administration including photocopying and filing
We are looking for candidates with good experience working in administrative/secretarial roles – ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment.
