THE ROLE:
A well-regarded global firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Personal Injury Lawyer to join their Corporate Claims team. The successful Legal Professional will provide support for a fixed term of one year for this highly regarded firm. The appointed Lawyer will be required to handle caseload from small claims up to a value of circa £100k in general litigation and defendant personal injury work. A key component of this role is, to help grow and continue the success of the department as well as, advising junior members of the team to achieve the firm’s objectives. You will be joining a supportive environment and have the chance to make an impact.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcome from candidates with 3 + years PQE and who have excellent rapport building skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will need experience in handling high value and complex personal injury cases and be able to work under your own initiative. You will offer exceptional levels of client care and will thrive upon the positive feedback you receive from your clients. It is expected that the appointed candidate will lead by example and share knowledge within the department. Applicants should have strong supervisory skills as they will be expected to provide guidance to more junior lawyers in the team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain high standards of professionalism at all times is crucial in being successful in this role.
