NEW BUILD SOLICITOR/ CONVEYANCER

We are currently looking to recruit a Residential New Build Solicitor/Conveyancerfor our successful and well establsihed Legal client in Birmingham.  The company specialises in property, family, wills, employment, and litigation and also provide a range of commercial services. As part of the Digital team, you’ll require: Proven experience working with New Builds and sales environment Hold relevant quallifcation such as a Qulaified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer A strong knowledge of Microsoft applications and web-based platforms Thorough working knowledge of conveyancing practice and procedures Be able to demonstrate managing, supervising, training and developing a team Operating in a fast paced department, the Conveyancer will be expected to lead, support, and oversee an established specialist New Build Team whilst also managing their own busy caseload. As a Conveyancer, you’ll also be: Managing a caseload of new build property matters from the start through to completion; including, sales & purchase, of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions Ensure that the CRM is up to date and that all deadlines are adhered to Demonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge and communicate complex legal matters into a commercially astute and understandable format Show the ability to build lasting working relationships with clients, estate agents and other 3rd parties  Generating earnings and budgets in line with the agreed KPI’s Be the first point of contact to Manage, Supervise, train and develop the team Consistently play an active role in the team’s business development activities and budgets with the aim of continuing the growth of current and potential of New Build work Salary & Working Hours £40,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE Full Time, Permanent --- Talk Staff Recruitment is an established division of Talk Staff Group and works with companies throughout the East Midlands and UK with roles including many areas such as: Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Contact Centre and Office Support.
