The primary role of the appointed Family Solicitor is to advise on a wide variety of Family and Children Law matters, including both private and public matters, and to contribute to the development of the Family Law Department. The successful Family Solicitor will have a broad knowledge in all aspects of Family Law and will be responsible for their own caseload of matters to include divorce matters, children disputes, financial settlements cohabitation agreements, consent orders, family meditation and prenuptial agreements. You will join a well-regarded practice that offers great quality work, a collegiate and supportive working environment. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are sought from Solicitors with a minimum of one year PQE gained in Family Law. The ideal candidate will have experience handling both public and privately funded family matters. The successful Family Solicitor will be dedicated and passionate about this area of law and have a proven track record of success in this area. As well as being technically skilled, applicants must be adept at providing a service that is both sensitive and compassionate.
