Progression within a well-established, CQS accredited firm in Cambridgeshire now available for a Residential Property Lawyer on a permanent and full or part-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Lawyer to manage their own caseload at a Lexcel and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accredited firm in Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities
• Sales and purchases
• Leasehold and freehold matters
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership
• New builds
The Candidate
• Solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least 1 year’s PQE
• Solid residential property experience is essential
• Excellent client care skills
• IT proficiency
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
