Childcare Lawyer A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Childcare Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in Merseyside. This post is for a locum childcare lawyer to gain or expand knowledge and experience within undertaking discharge of care applications for children who are in kinship arrangements. Also assist in legal matters which include progressing children to special guardianship orders. Key Responsibilities Undertaking discharge of care applications for children Progressing children to special guardianship orders Support junior staff as and when needed Requirements Qualified solicitor Experience in childcare law Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary and Benefits £45ph - £55ph depending on experience.
