Reward and Benefits Manager
Legal Sector (sector experience desirable)

£75,000 - £80,000
LHH (formerly Badenoch & Clark) are partnered with a leading UK law firm seeking an experienced Reward and Benefits Manager, with data/reporting experience and competency with excel.
Responsibilities likely to include:
Leading on all matters relating to reward, remuneration, and benefits, with the support of an advisor (and line management responsibility for such)
Managing benefit enrolment and changes
Liaising and negotiating with providers
Advising on salary review, bonus, and market information
Lead on people metrics (including pay gap reporting)
Overseeing payroll (outsourced)
Preparing associated reports and presentations as requested by HR Director
System: Cascade
Strong excel ability requiredSector experience if desirable in regards to understanding and experience of industry standards and expectations, salary and bonus structures. Similar structures might come from accountancy or other professional services.
Hybrid pattern is 3 days in the office preferred (Chancery Lane - London). This is an exciting opportunity for someone to add real value.
