PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

Great opportunity for a Private Client Associate to join a leading, London Law Firm in a L500 recognised Department. The Firm Our client is a Top 70 UK Law Firm and one who has established a great reputation for themselves in London. The firms partner with some of the fastest growing and trend-setting businesses and high net worth individuals from all around the globe. This leading firm boast a market-leading Private Client team who are Legal 500 accredited for their innovative tax and estate planning advice. They're now looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join their market-leading team. The Opportunity This is a large and established Private Client team who are experts in delivering a full range of services from international private wealth, trusts and tax planning through to estate and trust administration, family and luxury assets. They act for over one hundred UHNW / HNW individuals including international entrepreneurs, influential global families, media celebrities and sports people across six continents (many of whom have complex business / personal interests). As a Private Client Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising their clients on a broad range of tax and private client matters including: Structuring for those coming in to or leaving the UK Cross-border structuring for business deals and personal investments Structuring for foreign domiciliaries living in the UK Double tax treaties in tax planning Handling enquiries from and litigation against tax authorities Estate administration and succession planning (in the UK and internationally)Requirements Private Client Solicitor (NQ - 4 years' PQE) Solid understanding of UK and international tax law Excellent academics and at least one seat in Private Client Working towards qualification of a relevant professional body such as STEP, ATT or CTABenefits Competitive salary Private healthcare Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Personal training and gym membership Hybrid working opportunityTo be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
