The Firm
Our client is a Legal 500, multi-office law firm who provide expert legal advice to national businesses, individuals, charities, and institutions.
The Opportunity
The firm are looking to welcome an Employment Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate level) to their Legal 500 ranked department.
The successful candidate can be expected to advise employers and employees on all areas of employment law, with an employer bias caseload. The work is both contentious and non-contentious, covering the following:
Settlement agreements
Employment contracts
Redundancy and dismissal
Discrimination
Grievance hearings and tribunalsIn addition to fee earning, you will have the opportunity to mentor juniors in the team.
There is a clear progression path for Solicitors looking to secure an Associate position, and Associates looking to secure a Senior Associate position.
