Your work will consist of residential conveyancing, both sale and purchase. An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with over 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. As part of providing a healthy work/ life balance, the firm offers hybrid working conditions with a minimum of 3 days in the office. THE CANDIDATE: We are keen to hear from Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of residential property matters. As a Residential Conveyancer, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals.
