THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for an experienced lawyer to join a reputable firms’ property team. Your work will consist of residential conveyancing, both sale and purchase. An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with over 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. As part of providing a healthy work/ life balance, the firm offers hybrid working conditions with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
THE CANDIDATE:
We are keen to hear from Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling their own caseload of residential property matters. As a Residential Conveyancer, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have good organisational and communication and be comfortable working within a team to achieve practice area goals. As an experienced Residential Conveyancer, you will be able to use your initiative in addition to your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success.
