Supportive colleagues and ongoing training and development. Key responsibilities Assist solicitors in handling property litigation cases from inception to resolution. Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information. Prepare and draft legal documents, including court forms, witness statements, and correspondence. Manage and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Liaise with clients, opposing parties, and other legal professional. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property litigation laws and regulations. To be successful in the role you will: Have previous experience working as a paralegal, ideally within property litigation. Excellent research and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team. Proficiency in legal research tools and Competent IT skills. Familiarity with property litigation procedures and laws in a plus.
