My client is a Top 50 Law Firm, is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Administration Assistant to provide an effective and efficient administrative support service to their Commercial Property Team in their Bristol office. This is a role for someone who enjoys being busy and getting involved with things, working with a variety of tasks from various stakeholders and partners. You should be organised and confident.
This role is full time and permanent, with the option to work from home 2 days/week.
Main Responsibilities to include:
* Having client contact, passing messages/updates between clients and lawyers
* Dealing with correspondence
* Recording and monitoring deadlines
* Prepare Land Registry applications and SDLT returns
* Dealing with incoming post and emails, recording and passing on
* Processing and tracking all legal work
* Schedule appointments, meetings and conferences.
* Provide administrative support including copying, printing and scanning,
* Maintain accurate records
* Assisting with confidential client matters
* Interim billing of files working to the practice guidelines
Ideal Person Specification:
* Someone with a flexible and professional approach.
* Previous administration experience gained in a UK based law firm
* Possess the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
* Happy working to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Having an ability to prioritise effectively,
* Able to use their initiative.
* Excellent knowledge of databases and MS Word.
* Able to manage a high volume workload, in a fast-paced environment
* Methodical with great attention to detail.
* Someone who can work independently and also as part of a team
