COMMERCIAL / CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR

Are you Solicitor with experience in Commercial Litigation and/or Civil Litigation and looking for a new and exciting challenge? Our reputable client based on the outskirts of Loughborough are looking to hire a Litigation Solicitor to join their growing business. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials: Qualified with a good level (3+ years) of PQE Good knowledge of the law and civil procedure rules relating commercial dispute litigation matters Experience in dealing with commercial litigation matters including commercial property disputes, shareholder and contractual disputes Experience within some Civil litigation is also desired within boundary disputes, contentious probate, employment law matters, fast track and multi track claims, Section 8 & 21 possession claims, misrepresentation and professional negligence claims; The ideal candidate will be naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude towards challenges and change.
