Sue Ross Legal are working with a well-established, leading law firm based in Doncaster to support them in recruiting an experienced Practice Manager.
The successful candidate will join the management team, and will be responsible for handling a mixture of HR, Compliance, Office Manager and finance duties including;
* Creating and maintaining firm and employee records
* Recruiting, managing and developing support staff
* Monitoring, measuring and reporting on HR issues
* Working with the firm’s COLP and COFA in relation to management accounts, annual, quarterly and monthly budgets
* Handling quality management issues
* Administering file reviews
* Maintaining quality accreditation schemes
* Assisting the COLP with complaints
* Handling health and safety and facilities management issues
* General day to day management of the office
To be considered for this role you will need to have experience gained in a similar role. It is essential that you have a thorough working knowledge of the SRA Handbook and Solicitors Accounts Rules along with strong HR experience.
