The Opportunity Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Litigation Paralegal to join their market-leading Housing and Property Department. The firm's 'ground breaking' team is a recognised leader in Housing and Property Litigation and wins praise for its dedication and knowledge. The role will involve supporting fee earners with their property litigation caseloads, including housing related personal injury claims for tenants, leaseholders and homeowners against landlords and developers. The team also act for landlords, tenants and letting agents on residential landlord and tenant disputes.
