The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a dedicated Property Litigation Paralegal to join their market-leading Housing and Property Department.
The firm's 'ground breaking' team is a recognised leader in Housing and Property Litigation and wins praise for its dedication and knowledge.
The role will involve supporting fee earners with their property litigation caseloads, including housing related personal injury claims for tenants, leaseholders and homeowners against landlords and developers.
The team also act for landlords, tenants and letting agents on residential landlord and tenant disputes.
Duties
As a Property Litigation Paralegal, your duties will include:
Supporting fee earnings on property disputes litigation cases
Interviewing clients, taking and drafting statements
Casework and providing advice to clients
Assisting, where requested, in the provision of legal advice (under supervision)
Handling written and telephone correspondence with clients and providing an efficient and friendly service
Assisting with marketing and business development, including writing blog articlesBenefits

Minimum 12 months' experience working as a Litigation Paralegal (essential)
Housing and property litigation experience is highly desirable but not essential (other areas of litigation experience welcomed)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
