Role Overview: As an International Arbitration Associate Solicitor, you will be an integral part of their London office, working alongside a talented team of legal professionals. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile, complex international arbitration cases, representing clients in commercial disputes across a range of sectors. Responsibilities: • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing sound advice on arbitration matters. • Assisting senior attorneys in preparing for hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. • Analysing and interpreting legal documents, statutes, and case law. • Collaborating with cross-border teams to devise effective legal strategies. • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service. Requirements: • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience in international arbitration including ideally both commercial and investor state arbitration. • Extensive knowledge of international arbitration laws, regulations, and practices with experience gained in the environment of a large or boutique law firm. • Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
