Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a multi officed legal 500 client of ours in their search for a new Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their well established team in their Birmingham office.
Our client is a Legal 500 firm with the ability to aid in the growth a development of more junior Corporate Solicitors as they look to continue to develop and become the best corporate solicitor they can be.
The ideal candidate would be a minimum of 3 years PQE and have prior experience working on:
* Mergers & Acquisitions
* Corporate disposals & exits.
* Equity capital markets transactions.
