CONVEYANCING PARALEGAL

Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Solihull Salary: Up to £24,000 (DoE) We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy team in Solihull. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years'' experience in a similar role and will be able to work autonomously. Responsibilities: * Provide administrative and paralegal support to the solicitor dealing with residential conveyancing matters * Assisting with the opening, progression and closure of residential conveyancing files * Drafting and preparing legal documents and contracts * Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors * Preparing Land Registry applications * Preparing completion statements * Researching matters of law relevant to transactions * Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law Requirements: * A minimum of two years'' experience in a similar role * Knowledge and experience of residential conveyancing * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines * Excellent attention to detail * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite * Professional, friendly and approachable If you are interested in applying please get in touch with Stephan @ Simpson Judge today
