This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to progress their legal career by joining a dynamic team within this ambitious company. They are currently looking for someone with experience to work in Wills and Probate to join their busy London office and undertake a wide range of practical tasks within their Probate Department. Minimum one Year working in in this field to apply. Main Duties Managing own caseload Attending meetings with clients Advising on probate procedures and preparing applications Liaising with external solicitors. The ideal candidate will have: * At least 1 year probate experience * One or more of: Law Degree / Cilex Level 6 Certificate in Probate practice / Step Advance Certificate in Administration of Estates Excellent client relationship skills Excellent communication skills, written and oral High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Solid computer skills, ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel If this sounds like you please apply.
