Our client is a well-established law firm, specialising in property transactions, aiding diverse clients in buying, selling, transferring, or re-mortgaging.
The Role:
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will be leading high-volume conveyancing transactions, ensuring seamless departmental operation, and providing expert residential conveyancing guidance.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and process high-volume conveyancing transactions using advanced case management software.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of legal documents, identifying issues or discrepancies.
Communicate efficiently with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely transaction completion.
Offer expert advice and guidance on residential conveyancing matters.
Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in residential conveyancing.
Coordinate with team members to streamline processes and boost departmental efficiency.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor or in a similar role.
Minimum 3 years of experience in handling high-volume residential conveyancing transactions.
Understanding of residential conveyancing processes and regulations.
Skilled in using case management software.
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
