Head of Post Completions (Legal Firm) Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester  Salary: Very Competitive + Excellent Benefits The Client: Our client is a well-established law firm, specialising in property transactions, aiding diverse clients in buying, selling, transferring, or re-mortgaging. The Role: As a Head of Post Completions, you will be supervising the Post-Completions Department and formulating strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of post-completion processes. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of post-completion case managers, ensuring high-performance standards are met. Develop strategies for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of post-completion processes. Monitor and analyse key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to post-completions for compliance and best practices. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and improve cross-functional communication. Requirements: Previously worked as a Head of Post-Completions or in a similar role. Prior experience in managing a significant volume of post-completion cases. Ideally, possess understanding of post-completion processes and effectively manage a large team of case managers. Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
