Our client, an established law firm, is seeking an enthusiastic assistant to join a friendly team. The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, excellent oral and written communication skills and a good standard of IT literacy.
Duties will include:
Booking external training courses and keeping attendance records for CPD purposes.
Maintaining the library resources.
Liaising with staff regarding training courses and bookings.
Assisting in the organisation of conferences and events.
Booking travel, meeting rooms and hotels.
Organising training for new starters
Organising trainee induction programmes.
The role is very busy and varied and would be suitable for a candidate with some administration experience who is looking to take on more responsibility.
