The Clinical Negligence group at this firm is regarded as one of the leading specialist clinical teams in the UK. They provide advice in relation to injury or loss suffered as a result of any treatment by doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals and operate as expert advisers, especially for serious injury claims involving birth injuries.
The position itself will be a combination of running a caseload of moderate values and assisting a Partner and Senior Associates on other large cases. Additionally, the role plays a key part in establishing new client relationships through proactive business development activities.
To be successful, you will be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2 years PQE and have worked or trained in a Clinical Negligence team as well as possessing the ability to manage a busy workload and competing demands. Additionally, having experience and enthusiasm for business development activities is desirable for the position.
