A highly established law firm with strong office presence across the Southeast and London are currently recruiting for a NQ Family Solicitor to join their team due to continued success and growth. Dating back to the early 1900's the firm believes that every member of their team is as important as the next and understand the importance of keeping their staff happy. With a proven background as a Paralegal and a seat within your training contract within private family matters.
Key duties will include but are not limited to:
* Divorce / Civil Partnership financial matter dissolution.
* Pre and Post nuptial agreements.
* Domestic abuse matters.
* Managing your own caseloads.
* Cohabitants and unmarried couple matters.
* Private child matters.
The successful candidate will have:
* Educated to Bachelor of Laws degree.
* A minimum of 1 year’s experience within privately funded family law.
* Excellent communication and organisation skills.
* Excellent client care skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop.
A generous salary of £40,000 - £50,000 mark but open to discussion.
