Our client has a full-time vacancy for a newly qualified/PQE 1 year or FCILEx qualified Solicitor. They are looking for someone to join their well-established Dispute Resolution Business Unit. You will be managing existing clients and building on the client base already established in the area, via networking events and business development strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and very experienced team.
As this is a newly qualified Solicitor vacancy, it would be preferred if you had completed a dispute resolution seat during your training contract as regular duties will include the following:
* Residential property litigation to include repossessions & boundary disputes;
* Debt enforcement;
* Commercial property litigation (lease renewals & dilapidation claims);
* Partnership & shareholder disputes;
* Contractual disputes (commercial & private).
Essential skills for this role include, attention to detail and excellent time management, a methodical approach to work, a professional and attentive telephone manner along with first-rate communication skills as client contact will be considerable.
