Excellent opportunity for a Locum Employment Solicitor to join a Legal 500 firm starting ASAP for 3 - 4 months + in duration. The Opportunity Our client, a well-established, reputable firm who have an excellent reputation in the area are seeking an Employment Locum Solicitor to cover a busy caseload starting ASAP. The firm requires the Employment Locum to join them for 3 months, with a high possibility of extension until they recruit on a permanent basis. The firm are flexible and are open to the locum working full-time or part-time hours, and hybrid or fully remote working is optional. Responsibilities The Locum would be responsible for a mixed caseload of respondent employment matters to include: Wrongful and unfair dismissal Corporate support work Transfer of Undertakings Restrictive covenants Redundancy and restructuring Discrimination (including sex, race, disability and age) and equal pay Benefits Secretarial support Flexible working hours Hybrid/remote working Reputable, friendly firm Requirements Experience handling busy caseloads of respondent-based employment matters To be considered for this opportunity please contact Birchrose Associates for a confidential discussion.
