Childcare Solicitor - Newcastle
Adecco are working with a client who have been providing childcare legal services to the Northeast for decades and their work's guiding principles are compassion and sensitivity to the clients they serve.
They're currently looking for a Childcare Accredited panel solicitor to undertake Guardian work.
Salary
To be discussed. However, salaries are always aligned with northeast market conditions.
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of guardian related childcare matters.
Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, whilst representing clients in court hearings.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their best interests are protected.
Collaborate with other legal professionals to support staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Stay updated with changes in family law legislation and maintain your expertise
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with 8 - 10 years PQE of experience in this field would be desirable.
Strong knowledge of childcare law principles, procedures and relevant legislation.
Proven Track record of handling complex childcare law cases with professionalism and sensitivity.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional client management and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management skills.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards.
