The successful candidate will be responsible for processing visa applications on behalf of corporate clients and individual customers.
The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Provide expert advice to customers in completing application forms for visas, passports, and related services.
Provide current and accurate information regarding visa and passport requirements, processing, and delivery, creating a superior experience for the customer.
Ensure customers have clear understanding of the requirements and that all applications and documents submitted are accurate, complete, and timely
Provide customers with real-time updates throughout the process.
The Person:
Previous experience of visa processing and the associated issues
Excellent communication and customer services skills
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills - able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to conduct research independently.
Excellent customer and client relationship skills, meeting highest standards of service.
Be a team player. Participate in and facilitate team environment.
