PROBATE SOLICITOR

Probate Solicitor Salary: £25k-£40k DOE Permanent position Fully remote My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a Probate Solicitor to join an expanding team. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of probate casework experience but must also be a qualified solicitor. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain client relationships. Review and approve estate accounts. Draft, collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation. Conduct research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure. Manage an independent case load. To work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentorship of paralegals. Corresponding with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case. Deal with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly. Key Skills: SRA qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions. Minimum of 2+ years of running a probate caseload.
