PART TIME LEGAL SECRETARY

Part Time Legal Secretary £28k pro rata excellent benefits including free parking Winchester city centre Prestigious and well known Law Firm Are you looking for a Part Time role working 4 days a week ? Do you have extensive experience within Litigation within the Legal field ? Would you like to join a highly successful Law Firm in Winchester as a Part Time Legal Secretary If so this is the role for you. Working for the Senior Ligitation Director your duties will be many and varied but will include :- Prepare various legal documents, using digital dictation, Creating bundles for court cases and forms for litigation matters Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other organisations Using the case management system Opening paper and electronic files, scanning and photocopying as and when required Full secretarial and administrative support to the Property and Conveyancing department The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in the Litigation and Legal field along with excellent communication and IT skills including good Excel.
