They are highly ranked within the legal directories with their Residential Conveyancing department being ranked in the top-tiers.
This opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor will see you working on an exciting caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters such as Buying, selling and letting properties, Residential Investment, Private Mortgages, Complex Leasehold Issues, Sales following a family breakup or dispute and many others. The Residential department is know for delivering the very best client experience with over 90% of clients recommending and referring the service to friends and family.
To be successful, you will be an experienced Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with an established background in dealing with clients, including some HNW, within the Residential Property field. Additionally, you'll possess brilliant client care skills as well as the drive to bring on new clients through business development activities.
