Job Description

Our client is a leading expert in the probate administration sector. They are looking to recruit an Administrator, you'll be the face and voice of the company, managing client interactions and incoming calls. Additionally, you'll handle administrative tasks, including the secure distribution of sensitive client documents, and work closely with our teams to support them with estate administration. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, gathering information and directing enquiries to the appropriate colleague. Client Interaction - Meet and greet clients, providing a welcoming environment and offering necessary refreshments. Diary Management: Maintain and manage the office diary, including booking meeting rooms and ensuring their upkeep. Administration Support: Support various administrative tasks as needed for the smooth operation of the office. Assist in returning client documents, managing the company mailbox, arranging couriers, and handling daily postal tasks, ordering supplies, and handling logistics. Support for Other Departments: As needed, support other departments with preparing files, documents and case management. Training will be provided to enable you to grow and develop in your role. Requirements: Experience of working in a busy administration role. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and pay attention to detail. Friendly with a professional yet welcoming approach; an empathetic and proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information: This is a full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Benefits include 28 days holiday per year, including bank holidays, and enrolment in a work-based pension scheme. 20 wellness hours a year Please note we regret that due to the high volume of CVs received we cannot give individual feedback to candidates.
