UK QUALIFIED CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR 3-5 PQE OFFICE BASED. Are you a qualified Solicitor looking for a new role in the area of contentious and non-contentious construction and commercial law? This is an exciting opportunity to join a top-tier legal 500 law firm and be part of their team of specialists in construction engineering and commercial law. We are looking for a qualified Solicitor 1 to 7 PQE with a passion for this area of the law and the ability to provide excellent legal advice and guidance to clients. Support the wider Commercial Dispute Resolution team as required. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of issues and projects, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and other legal matters related to construction and commercial law. This role also involves providing advice on the structure and content of legal documents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, with an in-depth knowledge of construction and commercial law. They should have a good understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to the industry and be able to provide sound legal advice to clients. The successful candidate should be a strong communicator, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
