Office Angels are collaborating with a small, successful Legal Company who are seeking a Legal Administrator/Office Manager to join their team. This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development. Monday- Friday, 37.5 hours week, the successful candidate can pick their own hours. Based in Livingston, the salary is up to 30K dependant on experience. The successful candidate will autonomously manage the work of this office, providing administrative support to the practitioner. Upon starting in the role, you will be trained on the electronic client management system and take this forward to lead the integration from a paper-based client management system to an electronic system. Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the legal team Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents Organising legal files and documents while maintaining confidentiality Conducting legal research and summarising findings Diary management including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration Assisting with the drafting and proofreading of legal correspondence Provide support to clients in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm's standards for client careRequirements: Previous experience working as a Legal Administrator or in a similar role within a busy legal office Strong knowledge of legal processes and proficiency using legal systems is preferred but not essential Excellent organisational and time management skills Proven track record of multi-tasking and resourcefulness Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A proactive and flexible approach to workInterested?
