Recruitment Administrator - Bristol £23,000 - £25000 My client has a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator or Assistant to join their growing team. You will provide proactive administrative support to our friendly and supportive Recruitment team of five who collectively manage the recruitment of all experienced legal and business support professionals across the firm's four offices, alongside delivering our early talent programmes (trainees, vacation schemes, apprenticeships). You will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle from application to offer alongside assisting with a range of projects - offering an excellent learning opportunity for someone interested in developing their career in recruitment. They like to support their people to work in an agile way, so the role will offer a flexible mix of remote and office working, typically with at least one day per week spent in our Bristol office. Key Responsibilities: * Providing proactive and efficient administrative support across a range of recruitment activities * Ownership of the Recruitment team inbox, acting as the first point of contact for queries and responding or escalating in a timely manner * Creating job adverts and advertising vacancies on our applicant tracking system (ATS) and via LinkedIn * Candidate management, including monitoring applications, forwarding CVs to hiring managers, liaising with recruitment agencies, arranging interviews, feedback calls, making offers, answering queries and keeping the ATS (cvMail) up-to-date * Striving to provide an exceptional candidate and internal stakeholder experience at all times, in line with the firm's values and commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) * Preparing and sending out offers of employment; supporting candidates and hiring managers up to and including offer acceptance stage * Working closely with the HR Administrators and wider team to ensure an efficient handover and seamless candidate experience from offer to on-boarding * Keeping recruitment trackers up-to-date, creating monthly and ad hoc reports on recruitment activity * Maintaining an efficient, accurate electronic filing and archiving system in compliance with GDPR * Coordinating the payment of invoices * Working with the team to help identify and implement process improvements * Assisting the Early Talent Advisor with administration for the firm's trainee, vacation scheme and apprenticeship programmes as required, such as organising travel / accommodation and scheduling assessment days * Supporting the Early Talent side of the team with in-person assessment days and events as required * Providing administrative support on key Recruitment or HR projects * Other Recruitment / HR team administration support, as required * Working towards taking on junior level end-to-end recruitment, as appropriate Experience and Skills Required: * Previous experience in an administrative and/or recruitment role within a professional environment is essential * Confident communication skills (excellent verbal and written English is essential), with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders * Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise own workload effectively * A high level of attention to detail, taking pride in producing high quality work * Able to coordinate with other members of the team to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard * An interest in understanding the bigger picture of what the team do * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint If you believe you have the skills for this job role please apply below
